Key Responsibilities:
- Perform sample preparation (Chemical, Laser or Mechanical Machining) for integrated circuits testing using various modalities (laser, x-ray and e-beam)- Assist in physical analysis and inspection of integrated circuits by operating SEM/TEM/FIB- Perform X-ray imaging of samples- Assist in the design of experiments for irradiation of Integrated circuits to observe Single Event Effect- Assist in the procurement of parts and consumables for experiments

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Material Sciences and Engineering or Applied Physics with a specialization in microelectronics/semiconductor devices.- Knowledge in microelectronics and semiconductor physics is a must- Experience in sample preparation for physical inspection and analysis (e.g., chemical decapsulation, laser decapsulation, IC milling and polishing) is preferred- Familiar with Scanning Electron Microscopy, Transverse Electron Microscopy or Focus Ion Beam- Experience in electrical testing and characterization (e.g., test board design, instrumentation and measurement of transient signals) is a plus- Familiar with electrical measurement setup (e.g., oscilloscope, current/voltage amplifier, Source Meter Units).- Proficient in oral and written English communicationHiring Institution: NTU
