Singapore ALTO CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

We are looking to employ a potential management trainee to take on the role of Finance Account Executive.

**Finance Account Executive Responsibilities**:

- To manage Day to Day Accounting works (AP / AR / GST / GJ / Reconcilations etc) of the company
- To manage cash disburstment / petty cash pre audit and pre approval works.
- Ensure that the organization’s financial records and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standards and regulations.
- To work with the planners manage Project cash flow accounts (escrow accounting) to ensure that the projects are running a healthy cashflow
- Generation and analysis of Monthly Management Report
- Periodically review the organization’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Analyze data and advise top management on how to maximize profits.
- Management of Office / Project Budgets, final accounts and Profit Sharing Scheme
- Potential of assisting to set up over seas office / management of overseas accounts

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent
- Good Knowledge of MYOB and Xls.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and diverse, multicultural work environment
- Able to work under a tight timeline and withstand pressure
- 5 Years of middle management accounting
- Experience in Construction Environment is a Plus
- The ability to multitask.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Proactive, good oral communication, written and interpersonal skills
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Working Hours**: Mon to Fri 8am - 5.45pm
