We are seeking a **Business Analyst Consultant** to join our growing US team. In this role, you will work directly with leading BioPharma and Life Science companies to improve business processes across the R&D lifecycle. You will serve as a critical link between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring our clients achieve measurable results and long-term value.
- Experience in Life Sciences within large organizations.
- Proficient in conducting gap analysis, developing processes, and identifying areas of improvement.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on Clinical/TMF.
- Knowledge across the R&D lifecycle, including Regulatory and Quality
- Previous consulting experience and direct work within BioPharma organizations preferred.
- Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future

As an Epista Regulatory/Clinical BA, you’ll be working at the intersection of compliance and business as a part of our highly skilled and dedicated team. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects. Much of your time will be spent with our clients - international pharma and medical technology companies. Your daily activities might include:

- Conduct detailed **gap analyses** and **business process assessments** to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze and translate complex data and stakeholder needs into actionable insights and deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Clinical, TMF, Regulatory, and Quality domains to design optimized solutions.
- Support the definition, documentation, and implementation of new or improved processes and systems.
- Facilitate client workshops, user interviews, and working sessions to gather and validate requirements.
- Deliver high-quality consulting engagements with a focus on value, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders, providing thought leadership and domain expertise.
