Assistant Manager, 2 Financial Planning
[What you will be working on]
You will be part of the 2 Financial Planning team responsible to ensure governance and controls for Bus related initiatives/ schemes as well as budgeting and funding matters. Your roles are as follows:
a) Contribute to the governance, administration, analysis and reporting of Bus related initiatives/ schemes’ budgets and mid-term expenditure projections.
b) Partner with LTA Groups to understand business processes and key business cost drivers for Bus related initiatives/ schemes.
c) Support the team and contribute in Operators’ tendering and review.
d) Provide financial and funding advisory to LTA Groups such as best practices and cost optimisation opportunities and enhance quality of the funding proposals for bus related initiatives/ schemes.
e) Contribute in the drive for continuous improvements by streamlining/optimizing existing business processes and recommend digitalisation to achieve business excellence.
[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary Education in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in Accounting or Financial Planning.
- Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards.
- Meticulous with details and proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Good analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Committed, self-driven and a good team player.
