This role will report to Head of Asset Management and the incumbent’s responsibilities is to develop and communicate investment strategy and policies, contribute to business strategy, manage and develop the investment team, supervise and oversee the investment process, establish processes to ensure investment policies are followed, and make decisions on asset allocation, selection of external managers (if any), and risk management across portfolios.
- Ability to setup fund management operations, manual and SOP.
- Strategy Development: Define and design investment strategy and goals and ensure alignment to client’s needs.
- Portfolio Creation: Construct and manage investment portfolios based on client objectives and market conditions.
- Investment Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Risk Management: Implement robust risk management practices to mitigate portfolio risks.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate portfolio performance and provide client reports.
- Client Relationship Management: Understand and address client investment objectives and concerns.
- Compliance and Regulatory Oversight: Ensure adherence to regulations and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations and growth initiatives.
- Assist marketing team on AUM growth.

**Requirements**:

- More than 6- 10 years of related working experience, i.e., a proven experience as a Portfolio Manager or similar role, with a track record of successful portfolio management.
- To share achievements, especially track record of portfolio managed.
- In-depth knowledge of investment analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio construction techniques across various asset classes.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, economic indicators and investment trends.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools, portfolio management software and data analysis platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Exceptional risk management capabilities and the ability to make informed investment decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Detailed-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple portfolios and priorities.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
- Able to troubleshoot and is resourceful in finding solution.
