The Membership Relations Officer plays a key role in delivering exceptional service to existing and prospective members. The role focuses on membership engagement, retention, and administrative support to enhance overall member experience at the clubhouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the first point of contact for all membership-related inquiries.
- Build rapport and maintain regular engagement with members to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Handle membership renewals, billing queries, and account updates.
- Coordinate member events, benefits, and communications.
- Maintain accurate membership records and reports.
- Provide feedback to management on member needs and service improvements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or relevant discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of customer service or membership service experience.
- Warm, professional, and service-oriented demeanor.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and member management systems.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays on a rostered basis.
