**Fine Art & Craft Teacher / Lead Art Teacher (**Permanent part-time**)**

We are seeking a committed and engaging **Fine Art & Craft Teacher / Lead Art Teacher** to conduct children’s art classes and support light coordination duties. This role is ideal for someone passionate about art education who enjoys working with children in a structured yet flexible co-sharing environment.

Key Responsibilities

**Teaching**
- Deliver engaging, age-appropriate art lessons based on our curriculum
- Guide students in exploring a variety of art techniques and materials
- Set up and tidy class areas before and after each session

**Light Coordination**
- Prepare basic teaching materials and manage supplies on-site
- Assist with attendance, student transitions, and parent communications
- Ensure shared spaces are used respectfully and returned in good condition

**Requirements**:

- Experience teaching art, especially to children age 3.5-16
- Responsible, punctual, and organized
- Able to work independently in a shared environment
- Comfortable communicating with parents and team members

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Familiarity with multiple art mediums (e.g., watercolor, acrylic, oil pastel)
- Experience coordinating workshops or small group programs

Compensation & Perks
- Hourly rate: based on experience
- Performance bonuses and eligibility for long-term increments
- Fixed schedule within committed days ( Weekday & Weekend )
- Potential for expanded roles as we grow

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
