As a part-time or full-time instructor, you'll have the chance to work with a supportive and positive team, who are dedicated to helping you advance your career. You’ll be able to use a variety of functional equipment to deliver the highest standard of quality to our clients.

We’re looking for instructors who are passionate, energetic, and have a genuine desire to help others improve their health and wellbeing. We'll support you in developing your skills, and in return, we expect you to be service-focused, willing to exceed our customer's expectations, and possess strong communication skills.

**Continuing education and workshop support**

As a member of our team, we'll provide you with continuing Pilates education and workshops, and provide opportunities for career progression, whether it’s expanding your capability as an instructor, becoming a master trainer/educator, or managing others. We'll also provide you with a competitive compensation package, and get together for company social events and weekly workouts.

**What we are looking for / Who we are**

You

Should be competent at using a variety of functional equipment, including foam rollers, Pilates balls, bands, straps, blocks and other Pilates accessories. If you aren’t we can support you with this as part of your continuing education.

Are a passionate and energetic instructor with a genuine desire to help others improve their health and wellbeing.

Are service-focused and willing to do ‘whatever it takes’ to exceed the customer’s expectations.

Possess strong communication skills, particularly soft skills - being able to demonstrate sensitivity and empathy as required is an important part of being a Pilates instructor.

**Certifications required**:
You must be certified in at least two Pilates repertoire (Mat and Reformer or Mat and CCB) with a modern Pilates method

You must have good knowledge in anatomy and biomechanics.

Certifications in modern Pilates is preferred.
