**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional technical support for our cutting-edge embedded systems, computer vision, and machine learning products.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize software and hardware components to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct thorough product testing and validation to ensure the highest quality standards.
- Continuously enhance product documentation, knowledge base, and support processes to improve efficiency and customer experience.

**Requirements**:
**Qualifications**:

- 2 years’ of software and product testing experience. Fresh engineering graduates are welcome to apply.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong passion for embedded systems, computer vision, and machine learning.
- Solid understanding of programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and debugging tools.
- Experience with testing and validation of software and hardware systems.
- Knowledge of computer vision algorithms and machine learning concepts is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
- The ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team members.
