**The role**:

MyRepublic Group is looking for a Senior Manager for our Innovation Team to help build out our new program. Take charge of our intake program and guide your recruits to research and develop great new ideas. Create POCs and MVPs and, when ready, hand off to internal teams to implement or launch.

The role’s primary objective will be to continually evolve a roadmap of new technologies and processes that will support our continued promise in bringing MyRepublic customers the best possible customer experience across all of our markets.

Exciting and delighting everyone in our ecosystem, from customer to CEO, will be an important part of the role as well, helping us to stand out amongst the noise by creating experiences worth talking about whether it’s creating creative ways to reward customers to executing VR team building.

Along with developing a thorough understanding of our internal teams and customers, you will need to sync with leaders from a multitude of departments across Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia to discover where challenges exist and how to implement innovative ideas to save resources, break bottlenecks, and maximize ROI.

From a deliverable’s perspective, you will also develop documents defining the innovation roadmap, ROI analysis, and go-to-market strategy, and ensuring that Senior Management is aligned with these directives. Excellent interpersonal skills required and looking for someone with a track record of taking a department or a business from 0 - 60.The position is measured on Customer Experience, Market Share, and Revenue Share

**How you’ll contribute to MyRepublic’s success**:

- Pilot the vision and roadmap for the innovation lab
- Fully leverage technology scanning program to produce regular influx of ideas and partners for converting to POCs and MVPs
- Develop win-win partner relationships and discover creative ways to engage
- Spearhead negotiations and architect solid commercial terms for achieve targeted outcomes
- Stay attuned to customer and team challenges and persistently look for ways to create better processes and experiences
- Build out and develop a team of technologists from intern and new grad programs and ensure the team is staying engaged and on course
- Create MVPs and POCs in the lab with the goal of showing results to internal stakeholders to green light for implementation
- Successfully handover partners and technologies to internal teams and monitor ongoing success
- Maintain the P&L for the innovation lab and prepare budgets and forecasts as required
- Visualize data, create presentations, and communicate effectively to senior management
- Perform ROI analysis and prepare progress reports on each of the innovation projects
- Work step in step with our internal technical teams on feasibility assessments
