**Responsibilities:
1. Frontline Customer Service for our Community:

- Provide exceptional customer service to our community.
- Handling all activities related to sales, promotion and customer service for the benefit of our community.

2. Support for our Community Activities:

- Provide the necessary logistics support for our community Activities
- Set up, manage and maintain any equipment needed with care and professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.
- Efficiently arrange and maintain a schedule of booking for our community

3. Inventory Management:

- Manage and maintain the inventory of our products.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management on replenishment of supplies.

4. Administrative Tasks:

- Perform filing and other administrative tasks as required or assigned.
- Ensure the overall cleanliness of the office space.

5. Support for Preventive Care Activities:

- Provide the necessary logistics support for Preventive Care Activities
- Handle and maintain Preventive Care equipment with care and professionalism, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance.

6. Ad-Hoc Duties:

- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties that may arise due to our business operations.

**Requirements**:
1. Fluent in English and preferably able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

2. Energetic and a team player.

3. Possess good complexion with excellent customer service skills.

4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Qualifications**

1.Polytechnic or University degree. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
