So, TBWA continues to make significant investments to increase both the breadth and depth of capability within the agency - specifically within the data strategy team - expanding the department and placing it core to the agency offering. **What exactly does a Data Director do within Analytics & MarTech pillar?** As a Data Director - Analytics & MarTech, you will play a pivotal role within TBWA data function to lead and deliver on existing and new client’s requirements around digital data analytics. You should be passionate about digital marketing analytics and data product development having an entrepreneurial mindset who would continually challenges the status quo and find disruptive ways of using data to meet client’s business objectives. This is not a leisurely, back-seat, feet-on-the-table type of agency role, Quite the opposite which requires a very much hands-on experience with pro-active attitude towards the role. **What you will be doing as Data Director (Analytics & MarTech) ?** - Translate strategic brief into technical execution plan for the team of analysts, to ensure they get what they need to deliver on client deliverables, with an understanding of the overall clients strategic objectives. - Lead day-to-day operations and data projects for "Data Analytics & MarTech" pillar. - Create compelling client presentations and pitch decks that offer practical solutions to client's business problems leveraging data analytics & marketing technologies. - Present campaign performance data insights and observations into cohesive comms plans and recommendations to clients. - Build measurement frameworks and interactive visualizations and dashboards. - Configure and use digital platforms (web & social) to analyze online user behavior and provide meaningful insights and recommendations towards optimization. - Lead the development of innovative data products and solutions to solve clients’ business problems using best-in-class marketing technologies, processes, and frameworks. - Build digital analytics & reporting solutions with quality documentation such as architecture, data flow, process control & version control. **What kind of experience we are looking for?** We are looking for someone who is confident within a data environment and comfortable with not-knowing everything but ALWAYS pushing to find out the answer - 8-10 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Analytics role with evidence in strategic thinking and implementation of analytics solutions within an agency and/or client marketing environment. - Experience in growing and managing high performing data team. - Strong data-story telling and presentation skills - Strong experience in creating end-to-end analytics solution design and implementation strategies. - Strong experience with building enterprise-level dashboards in PowerBI and Tableau, or equivalent - Experience in building data analytics models and frameworks - Hands on experience on digital technologies such as Customer Data Platforms, Google360 (GA+GTM), Adobe Analytics & Launch (DTM), CRM Tools etc. - Strong understanding of multiple disciplines (e.g. CRM, analytics, loyalty, advertising, media) within marketing.
