The mission of our Information Security team is to ensure the development, implementation, and management of a comprehensive program that effectively protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Point72 information assets. Our team is comprised of security professionals with expertise in a diverse portfolio of security disciplines.

**What you’ll do**:

- Manage and respond to access requests for users across the firm
- Document and maintain procedures related to the Identity and Access Management team
- Perform access reviews and audits to identify and mitigate potential risks and violations
- Produce regular reporting for management and various oversight functions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for user access and entitlements
- Create, modify, and terminate user accounts, roles, and entitlements in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user provisioning and access management
- Ensure GSA governance standards are applied for account creation across Point72

**What’s required**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Security or Computer Science related field, or equivalent industry experience
- 2-3 years of experience working in Access Management or Systems Administration
- Strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management concepts, principles, and best practices
- Proven experience as an Information Security Administrator or similar role within a financial services firm
- Skilled in SQL, MS Office Suite, Privileged Access Management, and Active Directory
- Proficiency in managing and provisioning entitlements within IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), SailPoint IdentityIQ, Okta Identity Cloud, CyberArk Privileged Access Security, Ping Identity
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and a self-starter
