COMPANY DESCRIPTION
Since October 2011, **Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (**THK**MC)** was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.
**THK**MC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the **elderly and the sick**, **families**, **persons with disabilities**, and **children. **We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION : Senior Executive/Executive, Clinical Operations
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Effective management of clinical logistics by identifying medical supplies relevant for existing operations in the Home while ensuring safe clinical practice
- Regular review of existing S.O.P. pertaining to clinical operation
- Conduct internal quality of care audit to ensure high standards of service delivery
- Enforce safe practices in conjunction with Home operations team to ensure well-being for beneficiaries
- Achieve efficiency in Home management by planning and implementing strategies to improve work processes and service quality
- Prepare nursing operational procedures (S.O.P.)
- Analyse and evaluate current nursing reports (documentation)
- Assist to plan K.P.I. for junior nurse
- Undertake any other duties assigned by the Superintendent
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with a minimum of 5 years’ experience (experience within the social service sector would be an advantage)
- Senior Staff Nurse or equivalent
OTHER INFORMATION
- Ability to speak Chinese dialects would be an advantage as majority of the clients speak dialects only
- Cheerful personality
- Possess a quality service mindset
- Strong writing, communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently
- Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multi-task are essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
