Are you our new and **experienced** **Product Planner in** TechnipFMC, Singapore?

**Introduction to the Job**

**Job Purpose**:
Collaborates with the Commercial/Project team, Engineering, QA, Procurement and other internal and external stakeholders, to propose order execution plans at tender stage and to execute orders to deliver products and services that meets contractual requirements and are delivered on time and within budget and in compliance to our quality management systems.

This role is critical to maintaining and growing our profitability and on time delivery targets for the existing Drilling & Completion and make parts for the Pressure Control customer base and for products in our new business segments of Production Systems and Integrated Offshore Solutions/Special projects.

**Main Accountability**:

- Describe the MRA (Start the sentence with a VERB, an action word)
- Describe the Major Task/Activity required within above-mentioned MRA
- Note: IF they need to differentiate job levels, DO reference Bloom’s Taxonomy for Verb usage

**Execution**
- Quote executable deliveries to Commercial team at tender stage, but with focus to meet customer requirements and win orders and highlight risks involved and mitigations where possible
- Plan and initiate procurement based on order execution plan and order kickoff meeting inputs, to meet customer deliveries and internal sales targets
- Identify critical path items, risks and initiate risk mitigation actions
- Clears obstacles to deliver successful execution
- Work towards meeting OTD and Sales and plant absorption targets
- Collaborate with Commercial team to provide monthly S&OP forecasts for stock items (eg. gate valves, forgings, kits, actuators etc.)
- Drive E&O reduction

**Building Capabilities**
- Execute per BPMS to ensure compliance to QMS and Financial guidelines
- Identify opportunities to make process improvements and lean work processes

**QHSES**
- Be safe and proactive to report and prevention of accidents in line with Pulse program
- Participate in IQ process improvement projects within and across functions

**You are meant for this job if**:

- Possess knowledge in MRP as a planning tool, and other scheduling tool such as MS Project and Primavera P6 will be an advantage.
- Some level of technical knowledge related to the Oil and Gas industry or with manufacturing / supply chain background.
- Good interpersonal traits and team approach style as the position requires close engagements and coordination with local and global functional groups.
- 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations with exposure to planning and supply chain, managing customer deliveries etc
- Knowledge of MRP planning tools, SAP, MS Project etc. Primavera P6, Preactor, MoM MES know how will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of surface and/or subsea products for the oil and gas industry will be an added advantage
- Basic understanding of manufacturing operations, quality assurance and control, procurement processes and sales and distribution functions
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Supply chain/project management
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent spoken and written communication skills needed for interaction with internal and external customers in a multi-cultural environment spread globally
- Project management skill set and ability to collaborate with internal and external customers/suppliers in a fast-paced environment to clear obstacles and meet execution timelines
- Strong organizational and personnel management skills
