- Tracks sales data, product line sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
- Supports sales staff by providing sales data, market trends, forecasts, account analyses, and new product information.
- Produce valuable and engaging content for online and offline channels that attract and convert target customer groups.
- Increase customer acquisition through variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.
- Generating leads, categorizing them depending on their sales-readiness, nurturing them and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities
- Actively participate in organizing and coordinating product launches, road shows, exhibitions, workshops, and training seminars.
- Tracks and maintains inventory of marketing collateral.
- To manage and monitor customer and product information in the SAP database.
- Compliance to corporate policy and seek clarification whenever in doubt from immediate supervisor.
