Singapore ANGLO-EASTERN SHIPMANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD Full time

Provide 2nd level troubleshooting, on-site investigations and subsequent resolution for server, network, and end user computing devices. Responsible for implementation of system and network infrastructure projects.
- Carry out system and network implementation for system integration projects
- Perform software and hardware installation in servers and workstations include setting up, maintaining, performing, and monitoring back up jobs in various VMWare/Veeam environment.
- Follow up with vendors for maintenance and fault reported for and server and network equipment.
- Work with external vendor and Microsoft support to conduct system setup and periodic administration and performance monitoring activities on Microsoft Azure platform.
- Provide troubleshooting, on-site investigations and subsequent customization and configuration on the Azure Dev platform.
- Have experience in administration and support on Azure Cloud Services (App Service, Storage Account, VM, Azure SQL, Redis, Azure Application Insights, Azure Key Vault)
- Good technical skill in administration and support on Ivanti IAM and ISEC

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
- Have at least Eight (8) years relevant IT working experience in:

- Planning and implementation of system/network infrastructural projects
- Administration & maintenance of Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 servers.
- Setup and system administration activities of server resources, containers, networks on Microsoft Azure platform working with external vendors.
- System services support such as DHCP, DNS and Network.
- Setup and monitoring backup job using Veeam.
- Assist with network equipment maintenance such as Firewall, Router, Switches, Access Points.
- Assist in SAN or NAS system configuration and support
- Experience on Cloud environment planning and configuration is a requirement.

**Specific Business Knowledge**:

- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) or Microsoft Certified IT
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified
- Network Associates (CCNA)
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
