As Pall is expanding our operations in Singapore, we are looking for Technical Specialist who is responsible of operating the 3D printing and other manufacturing equipment, implementing manufacturing process improvements, supporting engineering evaluations, product transfer and launch in the region. We are seeking dynamic individuals who love challenges and problem-solve with critical thinking.

**Responsibilities**:
Manufacturing Operations:

- Operate advanced 3D printers and related manufacturing equipment using high precision program based on stipulated work instruction.
- Conduct diagnosis and testing of the finished products based on stringent quality inspection standard.
- Able to operate simple lifting equipment in order to manage production material flow.
- Ensure compliance of operations within area of concerns by partnering EHS team to achieve all relevant EHS regulatory, policy, procedure requirement.
- Partner with Production Leader to execute operation strategy and tasks.

Production and Engineering Improvements:

- Provide feedback to cross-functional team (Quality, Engineering, Planning) for process, output and yield improvements.
- Perform analyses to identify variables and trends which are critical to the manufacturing improvements.
- Support engineering evaluation for product transfer and new product launch.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions as part of the continuous improvement efforts.
- Leverage DBS (Danaher Business Systems), e.g. 5S, Kamishibai, Daily Management, Kaizens, to sustain advancement.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics Engineering.
- 1-3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations
- Knowledge and experience in welding
