Due to significant demand for our services, we require a
**Senior Recruitment Consultant **to assist in overseeing our
**Investments** sector.

**The Role**

If you are ready to
**take control and drive your own area of the business, **we want to hear from you. You will demonstrate high-level initiative and business acumen, along with an eagerness to succeed. In return, you will be rewarded generously for your success and able to shape and grow your team in order to smash targets and provide renowned recruitment solutions.

Additionally, you will be:

- Experienced in 360 recruitment at a senior level
- Able to mentor a team of Consultants including implementing clear KPI's

The successful applicant will have:

- Experience in a recruitment position OR a passion for sales / people
- Have good knowledge and experience in Investments or similar sector
- Ambition to succeed, with persistence and resilience
- A genuinely positive and outgoing personality
- The willingness to learn and aim to progress in your career
