Summit Talent is seeking motivated and results-driven **Recruitment Consultants**to join our team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build, develop, and maintain lasting relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, business objectives and talent challenges (for 360 or client-focused roles).
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand the client base through networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to tailor recruitment strategies that align with their culture and goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Self-motivated and able to work independently with excellent time management skills.
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques including digital platforms and social media.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools is a plus.
- Singapore-based or able to work within Singapore’s time zone is preferred.
