The student, as part of the BE OPC under the guidance of an assigned mentor, will undertake multiple tasks and projects working on Infineon AP Backend Operation Planning & Controlling Process.

In your new role you will:

- **Study the process flow of planning and controlling**:

- **Collect and compiling the process flow**:

- **Standardize the flow across region**:

- **Implement and monitor the execution**

Internship learning outcomes:

- **Understand the set-up of the process flow of operation and planning team**:

- **Standardize the process methodology**:

- **Improve the area of controlling in process flow and planning work method**:

- **Establish and implement the flow to backend operation and planning team**

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- On track to **attain Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Science / Business **or a related field
- Possess **strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills**:

- An individual who is self-driven and proactive with high adaptability to changing environment, innovative with strong desire to learn
- A strong team player that enjoys collaboration with cross-functional teams from different countries with diverse culture
