**Scope**

Drive sales aggressively in the assigned stores at a local level

Exceed the assigned goals through consistent sales and excellent client service

Develop and cultivate relationships with new and loyal clients throughout the assigned locations at a local level

Deliver an impeccable DG client experience

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

Exceed the achievement of sales target providing an excellent client experience and demonstrate expertise in styling and wardrobing

Ensure client development by:

- Proactively networking to identify new business opportunities
- Recruit and acquire new clients, delivering a personalized and extraordinary experience
- Aggressively increase the client base in order to grow sales and loyalty

As might be required, active role in events by:

- Contribute to their organization
- Ensure the store exceedes expectations during event preparation and delivery
- Support the Client Advisor in maximizing sales during the event

Encourage a teamwork and trustworthy atmosphere by
- Collaborate/support the entire Store team (FoH and BoH)
- Achieve client’s satisfaction throughout the recommendation of products and services
- If requested by the Retail management (Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager): Coach the Client Advisor with mix & match training and mentor the Client Advisor on the shop floor

Follow all company policies and procedures related to sales and service

Develop and cultivate relationships with new and loyal clients in the assigned locations at a global level

Liaise with all the country Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager for all activities related to the fashion show and to collect qualitative information and support clienteling activities

According to the Retail Director guidelines, support “on demand” Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, Alta Gioielleria, Alta Orologeria during events
- Assist VIC clients at the Alta Moda, Alta Sartoria, Alta Gioielleria, Alta Orologeria Fashion Shows
- Deliver an impeccable DG client experience
- Manage and plan all organizational and logístical aspects for VIC clients invited to the above Fashion Shows
- Responsible of venue scouting, welcome packages, defilé seating, backstage organization, private dinner and showroom arrangements for our VICs attending the Fashion Shows/corporate events
- Arrange unique and luxurious experiences to get to know Dolce & Gabbana core and DNA
- Mailing management of special invitations
- Working cross-functionally with CRM, Event, Retail, Merchandising, Press teams to deliver events to the highest standards for our VIC clients
- Exceed the assigned goals through consistent sales and an excellent client service
- Perform other duties as directed

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail, solid experience in Client Relationship Management

Proven ability to drive positive client experience that build loyalty and deliver measurable results

Dynamic, passion for the fashion industry and knowledge of the luxury market/competitors

Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

Client centric, strong analytical and numerical skills

Excellent communicator and ability to build solid relationships

Embrace working transversally, in cooperation with various teams and levels within the organization
