We are seeking a Project Assistant, a self-driven individual with excellent interpersonal skills to join our team. This position requires coordination of activities and interactions between Project Managers, Technical Consultants and Clients to ensure effective operation of the department and timely submission of deliverables.

To support, track and expedite delivery of critical path deliverables consistent with multiple project schedules and follow-up activities up to project completion. A Project Assistant must be a well-organized individual able to multitask.

The goal is to support the timely and cost-effective completion of cyber security projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Supporting Project Manager in daily tasks ranging from organizing deliverables to communicating with Clients to expedite activities
- Ensuring the timely delivery of reports with QA team
- Working Hand in Hand with internal teams as well as Clients
- Fulfilling additional responsibilities and misc. expediting functions as required to support the Project
- Using project management tools to ensure assigned tasks are executed by consultants at the stipulated time.
- Attending to the Project Enquires from clients and coordinate with different departments
- Identifying, solving and informing ongoing project issues to Project Manager and work independently when required

**Requirements**:

- At Least Diploma holder preferably in IT discipline or IT savvy
- Experience in Project management/Coordination
- Enthusiastic, willing to learn and flexible regarding day-to-day responsibilities
- Passionate to be a team member to accomplish a high-quality delivery that satisfies the contractual requirements within budget and schedule
- Be able to multi-task and organize several ongoing projects independently
