They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to drive our sales efforts and make a significant impact in the medical device sector. This is a key role to the organization's market expansion plan.
**About the role:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Provide product demonstrations and training to healthcare providers
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
- Stay updated with current industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements.
**Basic Requirements**:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Experience selling medical devices in specific healthcare areas (e.g., Obstetrician, Gynaecologist).
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards in the medical device industry.
- Existing network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
