**Brief Description**:
To provide service excellence to customers, ensuring tasks are done timely and organised manner. Able to manage a team of below 18 members and ensure SOP is in place.
**Job Descriptions**
- Report to Senior SDM, Services for day to day activities
- Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved
- Engaging the customer and/or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services when required
- Communicate effectively on technical and business issues to both internal team members and customer, must be able to explain complex technical issues in a way that non-technical personnel may understand.
- Engage customer proactively and provide timely response or updates to customer, where required.
- Provide Service Performance Reports at agreed schedule.
- Manage the performance of services and ensure that Service Levels are achieved within the organization.
- Lead the Pre-Sales engagement on manpower planning and services delivery catalogue for sales opportunities.
- Engaging the customer and / or vendors to ensure the smooth delivery of services is achieved for all its customers.
- Perform staff performance review and career development planning for service delivery managers.
- Oversee and control the efficiency of the systems Operations for all its customers.
- Develop and introduce new workflow and processes as needed to improve the overall efficiency.
**Job Requirements**
- Degree in IT or relevant discipline with at least 8 years of IT Managed Services. Service Delivery experience and with 5 years as a people manager (leading more than 5 members).
- Experience in mid to large scale IT / Managed Services enterprise environment with proven ability to direct operations in a complex and face paced environment.
- IT Service Management, ITIL Practitioner or ITIL Foundation.
- Strong people management, profit and loss management, presentation and communication skills.
- Innovative thinker with ability to think out of the box.
- Good customer management experience.
**Special Requirement**:
1. Experience in handling 15 to 20 size team
2. Experience in handling people over multiple locations
**Contract Type**: 12 Months (Renewal)
**Salary**: SGD4,500 to SGD6,500
**Work Environment**: Office / School
**Location**: Tai Seng and Multiple Sites
**Working Hours**: Office Hours Mon to Fri 8:30 am to 6 pm
**Commencement**: Immediate
