Administrative and Purchasing Executive

You will be involved in daily procurement and administrative duties such as understanding requirements, preparing purchase orders, communicating with colleagues, suppliers and clients, follow-up with deliveries with our in-house and external logistics provider, administrative work and any other task as assigned.
- Summary of responsibilities: _
- Process requirements from the different departments
- Prepare purchase order, maintain and review requisition summary and inventory record
- Verify invoice and tally against purchase order and delivery order for management’s approval
- Follow up on delivery schedule and update the relevant department
- Submit invoices to Accounts for payment
- Compile monthly purchase requisitions and summary report for management review
- Other admin related duties
**Qualifications and Requirements**
You should be able to perform your task independently, be resourceful and work with the different departments within the company. You should be a people’s person, possess good communication skills, enjoy teamwork and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Summary of qualifications and requirements: _
- Education: Minimum A, O or N Levels equivalent qualification
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of administrative / purchasing experience in the engineering, construction or audio-visual/IT industry will be an advantage
- Other skills: English, Chinese, Microsoft Office. Knowledge in ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Cheerful and pleasant personality, respectful of other colleagues’ views and performance driven with a customer-centric mindset
- Willing to learn, able to work independently and proactive
