As our Digital Marketing Intern, you will contribute to shaping the Progressive Wage Mark Admin Office (PWM) and our Human Capital Division’s digital marketing strategy for 2025.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop good knowledge of PW Mark and related human capital topics, and to distil this into appropriate content (statics, carousels, micro-videos, infographics etc.) to educate the business community across various platforms.
- Update and maintain the PW Mark social media calendar including monitoring and reporting performance of social media posts.
- Clean up the extracted raw data to analyse performance across key social media metrics. Support the monthly reviews by analysing the metrics to provide observations and recommendations on areas of improvement.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity and adherence to SBF/ PW Mark’s tone of voice and brand personality.
- Conduct interviews/filming/photo-taking etc. for content generation and creation of marketing assets.
- Support the team’s logistics preparations and manning requirements for outreach sessions/ briefings/ interviews/ events.

**Requirements**:

- Preferably studying in business, marketing/ communications, or related field.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Proactive, highly responsible and enjoys working as a team.
- Familiarity/Experience in Social Media Marketing or social media video production is a plus.
- Interested in gaining exposure in digital marketing analytics and developing different content types as part of a complete content marketing strategy.
- Must be able to commit at least 3 months.
