**Responsibilities**:
・ Plan and develop seasoning products (Soy sauce, liquid and powder) for NB, PB, and overseas markets

・ Manage product development teams (training, supervision, knowledge sharing)

・ Improve production processes, manage quality control, and handle customer complaints

・ Negotiate procurement and manage inventory of raw materials and packaging supplies

・ Build stable supply systems through multi-sourcing strategies

・ Operate and manage overseas facilities, including direct communication with local staff

・ Conduct joint sales visits and presentations with clients, and create promotional materials

・ Manage sales performance and profitability

Qualifications:
・ Over 10 years of experience in **Soy Sauce**product development and production management in the food industry

・ Proven experience in team management

・ Experience in overseas operations and ability to communicate in English and Japanese

・ Experience in procurement negotiations and supply chain management

・ Hands-on experience in factory operations and process improvement

Prerequisites:
・ Experience in developing products for the U.S. market

・ Knowledge of FDA and CDPH regulations and registration procedures

・ Award-winning achievements in sales or product development

・ Proficiency in Japanese - Spoken & written
