**Job Overview**

The **Sales and Marketing Senior Manager**will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital sales and marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of creative vision, analytical thinking, and leadership to optimize e-commerce performance, social media presence, and digital advertising campaigns in the luxury jewelry sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Digital Strategy & Execution**:

- Develop and implement a data-driven digital marketing strategy to drive online sales and brand awareness.
- Optimize the customer journey across digital touchpoints to enhance conversion rates and customer retention.
- Leverage analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.) to track performance, identify trends, and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.

**Sales Growth & Revenue Management**:

- Lead the sales strategy for online platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with e-commerce and retail teams to ensure seamless omnichannel customer experiences.
- Identify new digital sales opportunities, including partnerships, influencer collaborations, and emerging platforms.

**Brand & Content Strategy**:

- Oversee the creation of compelling, high-end visual and written content that aligns with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Work closely with creative teams (photography, videography, copywriting) to produce engaging campaigns.

**Leadership & Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with product development, merchandising, and retail teams to align marketing efforts with inventory and sales goals.
- Liaise with external agencies, influencers, and media partners to amplify brand reach.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **7+ years**of experience in **digital marketing, e-commerce, or sales leadership**, preferably in **luxury retail, jewelry, or fashion**.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth through digital marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in **Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other performance-tracking tools**.
- Creative mindset with an eye for luxury branding and visual storytelling.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA a plus).
