Summary: You will be working with a team of hardworking and passionate dream chasers to develop a TRPG mobile game.
- Work closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and suitable mechanics for the project
- Create and develop new content with regards to new in-game events & features (etc Story Profile/Game Campaign/Level design/Narrative)
- Analyse/Research on the market statistics and target audience for mobile social gaming
- Create design documentation, functional specs, or whatever is necessary to communicate a design feature for the game
- Balancing game features and in-game assets
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Requirements**:

- At least 4 years of recent experience in the game industry
- Prior experience leading/ supervising a team (any size)
- Advanced experience in the comprehensive knowledge of game mechanics and interest in mobile social gaming industry
- Have a strong passion for mobile games
- Be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Have a creative mindset to work in a team
- Be able to pay strong attention to detail and deliver work of high standards
