**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with all departments in food production and administration
- Conduct research and development
- Establish processes and documentation
- Food safety audit
- Production equipment management.
- Manage sampling and lab testing
- Manage ISO and FSSC compliance
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience preferably in similar capacity in the food industry
- Knowledge & understanding of equipment, ingredients & their functions
- Good knowledge in ISO and FSSC certifications
- Excellent communication skills and detail oriented
- Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated
