**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with c-level and senior leaders within the partner organization to gain a comprehensive understanding of their growth trajectory and their contributions to our own growth.
- Develop and implement measurable strategic partner growth plans in collaboration with commercial directors. Clearly identify current areas for growth and explore new opportunities for growth that will drive the development of new content and products.
- Work closely with the global Strategic Account Management team to identify opportunities within key accounts and determine how our partners can better serve them, thereby improving outcomes.
- Maintain regular communication and collaboration with other Partner Directors and the wider sales organization to continuously monitor leads and opportunities. Establish connections, communicate effectively, and prepare to engage with key stakeholders within the organization.
- Be accountable for expanding the size and quality of the sales pipeline, increasing conversion rates, progressing direct and indirect sales opportunities, tracking partner performance, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
The Partner Director should be highly focused on delivery and execution, exhibit passion for and expertise data and services offering.
