**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process sales transactions
- Operating the cash registers, optical price scanners, checkout to record, accept and verify payment via various payment gateways/ platforms for the purchase of goods
- Attend to customers’ queries at the cashier counter
- Maintain the cleanness and tidiness of the checkout areas
- Understanding, implementing and advising customers of all current promotional events, customer loyalty programmes during the checkout process
- Perform any Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superiors from time to time

**Job Requirements**:

- Entry level, 1 - 2 years of customer service/ retail sales/ cashiering experience
- Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Able to work Overtime, work on weekends and during public holidays
- Excellent customer service
- Good communication skills, self-motivated and a team player
- Able to speak English and Mandarin
- Flexible working schedule
