**The role as Vigeo's Coach**
**1) **Passionately coach our students to execute each exercise written by the fitness director effectively
**2) **Encourage each student on what they have done well and uplift them
**3) **Be able to coach multiple individuals with individualized programs efficiently
**4) **Provide excellent and friendly customer service consistently
**5) **Connect and maintain Vigeo's community that is built on love and respect for everyone
**6) **Maintain a surgical clean training facility that everyone can enjoy
**7) **Work well in a team to deliver world-class customer service and coaching
