Job Responsibilities:
**In charge of the Product Definition and Strategy**
- Identify market trends and customers’ needs & define the product positioning
- Contribute to Product Requirements definition & roadmap strategy accordingly
- Support communication strategy plan with Communication team

**Deployment of Go To Market plan & contribution to Business development**
- Build Sales tools, product price book and required collaterals for the product launch and sales process
- Animate regular reviews with Regions to increase conversion rate of lead into customer projects:

- Support Regions on new opportunities
- Identify targets and regions for deployment
- Propose Sales strategy for the identified targets and prospects
- Define Product Launch plan
- Validate deal reviews presented by the Regions and contribute to call for tenders

**Responsible for Partner strategy and Relationships**
- Manage the relationship and the strategy with key partners. Such as payment schemes, material supplier, service partners and key accounts in terms of product evolutions and business opportunities

**Cowork with finance controllers, supply chain and planning team to monitor the business related to the product, such as**:

- Product Revenue and margin
- Product cost tracking
- Order and billing tracking
- Forecasts
- Portfolio reviews

**Monitor the project deployment to ensure successful deliveries to the field**
- Support on customer project management
- Support the supply chain during product’s life
- Contribute and identify new product’s potential evolution:

- Fine tune and up-date product features according to field implementation feedbacks
- Identify and drive all product cost reduction opportunities.
- Manages product’s migrations and End Of Life.

**Interact with**:

- Back-end teams (Program Management, R&D, Operations, Legal, IP etc
- Purchasing, and 3rd party suppliers and / or Partners
- Regions and Customers

Job Requirements:

- Diploma in Business school or Engineering school
- Customer & business oriented
- At ease in a multi-cultural environment
- Interest in high technologies, innovation and ESG-related topics
- Analytical skills with very good synthesis skills.
- Strong communication skills, and fluent English
- Experience in marketing/product management in high-tech environments
- Experience in Business development or in a Customer Facing function will be a plus
- Self-start person, pro-active
- Team-worker
- Result oriented
- Transversal management skills required (with R&D, Sales, Technical teams, Operations and external partners)
- Autonomy & engagement
