**Job Description**:

- Providing sales support such as attending to RFQ or inquiry from client and follow up.
- Execute orders received and liasing with warehouse in-charge for packing and preparing for delivery or pick-up.
- Arrange delivery for orders that has been packed.
- Laise with suppliers, vendors and forwarders as required.
- Provide admin support and general office housekeeping.
- Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times.
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers.
- Keep a clean and safe environment and optimize space system.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulation.

Requirement:

- At least a year experience in procurement and/or as sales support.
- Min. O level qualification
- A team player and willing to work under pressure.

Working Hour & Location:

- Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- 1 Hour lunch break
- Location is at East area (Tampines)
