**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Lead, Implement new product transfer. They include Bill of Material setup and maintenance for NPI engineering changes, new tooling and fixture supports for the introduction of new product deployment.
- Timely and heavily involvement in leading and coordinating end to end of NPI pilots production activities including managing NPI pilot build and reports, timely issues resolution, technical training of new product to production team, pilot systems management from build to tear down and purge and hold,
- Interface with APJ NPI team to ensure time to market of new NPI products and drives NPI operation excellence and matrices
- Support APJ NPI team and participate in Site enablement NPI projects and program management involving production sites transfer projects, setting up of new capabilities of our regional supply chain partners, transition or migration to new SAP/MRP systems, etc
- Assist APJ NPI team in automation and smart factory projects as we continue our digitalization journey

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Mechatronics and other related Engineering disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
