Lead Manager/manager, Industry Relations

The Singapore Business Federation (SBF) is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager to join our Smart Technologies Programme Division (STPD). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with key government agencies (G2B) and industry stakeholders to drive the digital transformation and future-proofing of Singaporean businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
Cultivate Strategic Relationships and Develop Enterprise Programmes:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key ecosystem partners in the public sector, private sector, institutes of higher learning and TAC space.
- Collaborate with the above partners on joint projects and initiatives to support SME digitalization and future-readiness.
- Identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategies to leverage ecosystem resources for SBF members and enterprises
- Support the development and implementation of strategic projects aligned with the STPD's Action Agenda.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project completion and financial sustainability
- Track and measure project outcomes and impact on SBF members.
- Singapore Apex Business Summit - Future Economy Conference: Provide logístical and event management support to the Smart Tech programme Division team for the Future Economy Conference.
- Oversee the circulation of divisional electronic direct mailers (EDMs) and newsletters.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date enterprise contact list.
Reporting and Management:
- Coordinate and monitor the division’s KPI for reporting and KPI management.
- Coordinate division team meetings and manage internal communication channels.
**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, business development, or a related field, with a focus on the public and/or private sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic thinking and ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office productivity tools.
