**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Need Cooking skill
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Monitor and ensure the quality of food and services
- keep the cafe cleanliness and hygiene standard
- Handle and resolve issues or complaints
- To supervise all staff in their duties
- To train staff to provide high standards of service and increase their personal knowledge.
- Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
- Attend trainings / meeting when required
- Handles manpower staffing; scheduling of staff roster
- Evaluate staff performance
**Requirements**:
- minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience at supervisor level in F&B Industry
- Initiative and with leadership skills to manage a team, mature, outgoing and guest oriented, good communication skills
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop staff
- A good team player with positive attitude.
We are operator of one AIRCON CAFE located at west near NTU.
