Risk & Research Lead (Post Listing)

**Responsiblities**:

- ** Incident Handling**:

- Lead the response to major incidents (e.g., hacking or security breaches, CEX collapses, or other market disruptions) affecting Binance or listed projects.
- Oversee root cause analysis and assess business impact, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication to key stakeholders.
- Coordinate across internal business units and external partners to minimize impact and drive effective, sustainable resolutions.
- **
Research and Risk Management**:

- Oversee the comprehensive evaluation of listed token performance using both quantitative and qualitative indicators — including adoption metrics, on-chain data, project development, and community sentiment.
- Identify and assess emerging risks across listed tokens and drive proactive risk mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate and approve project-related requests (e.g., rebranding, mainnet integrations, swaps) through a risk-based framework.
- Deliver concise and data-driven analytical reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations for senior management.
- Lead initiatives to strengthen risk detection, enhance monitoring frameworks, and improve escalation procedures throughout the listing lifecycle.
- **
Operations & Process Management**:

- Oversee new token listings, ensuring operational readiness, cross-functional alignment, and adherence to internal governance standards.
- Manage collaboration with multiple teams to support ongoing operational activities (e.g., airdrops, cross-chain swaps, migrations).
- Continuously optimize workflows, SOPs, and reporting mechanisms to drive operational efficiency and process transparency.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- ** 7-10 years of proven experience** in research, risk management, consulting, or related fields, with experience in **crypto or financial markets** strongly preferred.
- ** Hands-on experience with on-chain data analysis** and a strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems and tokenomics.
- Deep knowledge of **crypto market structures**, including DeFi protocols, centralized exchanges (CEX), and cross-chain ecosystems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and make sound, data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; capable of identifying root causes and designing structured, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
