Job Title: Assistant Fragrance Development Manager

Location: Ascent, Singapore

**Key responsibilities**
- Undergo Raw Material Training with Perfumer and Market Product training with FDMs and Perfumers.
- Assimilate olfactive and technical knowledge of specific product category; including terms, market landscape, history, olfactive and Consumer insight tools
- Build Project management understanding within the framework of assigned projects, especially interaction with related functions including: CI, Marketing, Sales, Creation and Application Laboratory skills
- Learn effective communication internally and externally and build relationships with other functions, particularly perfumers.
- Play an active role in collection work, including participating and assisting in organizing regular evaluations and database maintenance.
- Participate in client meetings when possible and begin to accumulate understanding of project and client strategic thinking.

**You bring**
- 1 -3 years of fragrance laboratory, marketing, evaluation, sales or similar experience preferred
- Olfactive skills
- Passion in the world of fragrances
- Organized; proficient multi-tasker
- Curious, Self-starter, independent
- Onsite participation 4-5 days per week
