We support business needs by attracting, hiring and developing talent to build up a strong organisation, while managing our workplace and people operations in a way that keeps employees engaged and productive at work. **About the Role** - Partner with the P&C leads to execute learning strategies, culture and high-impact learning programs across DA. - Partner with the business unit leaders to measure the effectiveness and impact of learning programs across multiple geographies. - Design and implement organization-wide impact projects across all countries. - Overseeing the logistics management of DA Academy and training across the varied workforce to create an exceptional employee experience, from onboarding through to technical training and learning programs. - Maintain a pool of trainers and facilitators within/outside of DA to run our learning programs. - Build and maintain the internal DA wiki site for employee engagement and communications - Lead and/or participate in learning and culture-related projects **About you** - At least 5-8 years of progressive L&D/OD experience across various industries. Experiences in a high-growth environment and start-ups is a plus. - A collaborative and thoughtful learning partner who sees the big picture and is comfortable getting into the details. - Strong communication skills as a facilitator and learning partner - Passion for learning and development and developing a learning culture within an organization - Strong project management and analytical skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively to develop and execute programs. - Detailed-oriented and have a data-driven approach to solutions. - Tech savvy and comfortable with GSuite and interested in evolving trends in HR practices. - Comfortable with fast-paced operations and not afraid to "roll up your sleeves" to get things done. - A start-up attitude - you take full ownership of what you do, are willing to leave your comfort zone and take on new challenges. **About Doctor Anywhere** Doctor Anywhere (DA) is a regional tech-enabled, omnichannel healthcare provider delivering care to 2.5 million users across 6 countries in Southeast Asia.
