**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts, fades, beard trims, shaves, and styling
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend styles
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of your workstation and tools
- Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring clients feel valued and well cared for
- Stay updated on current trends, techniques, and grooming products
- Upsell and recommend grooming products to clients
- Assist in maintaining the overall look and atmosphere of the barbershop

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a barber (formal training or certification preferred)
- Strong skills in both classic and modern men’s haircutting techniques
- Experience with straight razor shaves and beard grooming is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as rostered
