**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects in the AML/KYC domain.
- Drive solution implementation while ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and quality to deliver successful outcomes.
- Ensure effective change management and smooth transition of solutions to production.
- Identify and resolve delivery bottlenecks and technical challenges.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Strong technical and implementation experience**, particularly in delivering complex financial or compliance systems.
- Proven **stakeholder management and communication skills**, with the ability to work effectively at all organizational levels.
- Experience in the **AML/KYC domain**or financial crime systems (preferred).
- Hands-on experience or familiarity with **NetReveal (SymphonyAI)**is a significant plus.
- Knowledge of data governance, regulatory reporting, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
