**Job Description: Video Producer**

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:

- Lead the ideation, scripting, and production of multimedia content, including but not limited to:

- YouTube videos (long-form and short-form).
- Social media campaigns (Reels, TikToks, etc.).
- Podcasts and audio storytelling.
- Craft compelling stories that resonate with audiences and amplify brand and personal narratives.
- Collaborate with creative teams to integrate visual effects, graphics, and audio into productions.

**Production Management**:

- Plan and oversee end-to-end video production workflows, ensuring quality output within budget and time constraints.
- Coordinate pre-production tasks: storyboarding, location scouting, equipment setup, and scheduling.
- Oversee the editing pipeline, ensuring content is delivered on time and optimized for each platform.

**Project Oversight**:

- Manage the day-to-day development of production schedules, assigning tasks, and maintaining deadlines.
- Develop low-budget but high-quality production strategies to maximize impact without compromising creativity.

**Cross-Functional Collaboration**:

- Work with marketing, design, and product innovation teams to align content goals with broader business objectives.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and storytelling techniques to inform production strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Proven track record in managing digital content production, especially for YouTube and social media platforms.
- **Storytelling Skills**: Exceptional ability to tell engaging stories across various formats.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Proficient in video production tools, editing software (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro), and multimedia techniques.
- **Adaptability**: Skilled in producing content for multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcasts).
- **Collaborative Approach**: Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams while managing production independently.
- **Resourcefulness**: Good at finding solutions to production challenges within budget constraints.
- **Obsessive Curiosity**: A relentless drive to explore, learn, and experiment with new ideas. A knack for uncovering compelling stories, conducting thorough research, and presenting information engagingly and credibly.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Interest or background in ecommerce DTC, entrepreneurship, startups, and founder storytelling.
- Familiarity with audio editing and podcast workflows.
- Background in creating branded content for mission-driven businesses or personalities.

Remark: The final wages will be pro-rated to the agreed working hours for the part-time role

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
