**THIS IS A 3-YEARS CONTRACT ROLE**
- Develop and implement sustainability roadmaps or solutions for members. Offer consultancy on sustainability-related topics to assist members in their sustainability journeys.
- Develop and execute sustainability communication strategies to effectively raise awareness and engage industry stakeholders. Organise workshops, events, and campaigns to promote sustainability and encourage participation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and projects. Monitor progress, gather data, and contribute to the evaluation of outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
- Actively engage with members to raise awareness of sustainability transformation efforts and government plans.
- Develop and implement sustainability roadmaps or solutions for members. Offer consultancy on sustainability-related topics to assist members in their sustainability journeys.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement sustainability initiatives and projects. Monitor progress, gather data, and contribute to the evaluation of outcomes to ensure objectives are met.
- Provide information and support to help members integrate sustainable practices into their operations.
- Foster engagement with stakeholders, including government agencies, associations, technology and innovation companies, consultants, NGOs, academia and Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) players,). Stay informed about sustainability-related topics and developments and actively participate in relevant networks and forums.
- Provide support to the Programme Lead in developing sustainability priorities, policies, and strategies. Assist in conducting research on ESG/sustainability trends and contribute to recommendations for integration into business operations.
- Organise and facilitate regular stakeholder engagement meetings to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and progress towards sustainability objectives.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data management, documentation, and coordination of meetings and internal communications related to sustainability initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability, environmental studies, business, or related disciplines
- At least 3 to 5 years’ experience in sustainability related field.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and industry trends.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to support sustainability communication and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to contribute to the successful implementation of sustainability initiatives.
- Familiarity with sustainability reporting standards and frameworks, such as GRI, SASB, or TCFD, is desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
