1 year exp **Roles & Responsibilities** **Job Scope** Housekeeping Supervisor will be responsible for the smooth operation of the floor assigned by checking the "occupied" and "departure" rooms, giving special attention to guest's needs. **Responsibilities**: - Daily allocation of rooms to Room Attendants, prepare and issue of the Room Attendants's Daily Report. - Prepare floor keys, handphones and issue them to Room Attendants. - Routine inspection of guestrooms to ensure they meet standards. - Manage guest's requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members. Aware of all room categories and amenities. - Achieve positive outcomes from guest's queries in a timely and efficient manner. - Carry out the Lost and Found procedures. - Report maintenance issues to the Enginnering/ Maintenance department. - Responsible for the work schedules of the Housekeeping Service Agents and Public Area Cleaner. - Responsible for the cleanliness of guestrooms, corridors and public areas of the hotel premises. - Responsible for the delegation and checking work chits carried out and completed by the Maintenance staff and Housekeeping Service Agents. - Comply with the hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation. - Perform other duties as and when assigned by the Management. **Job Requirements** - Possess at least a Higher NITEC in Hospitality Operations / GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent. - At least 1 year of supervisory experience in housekeeping/cleaning operations. - Experience in Hotels/Serviced residences. - Fluent in spoken and written English. - Ability to multi-task and solve problems. - Able to work on a three (3) rotating shifts jobs. - Able to work 6 days work week including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. - Ability to multi-task and solve problems. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Maintain confidentiality at all times. - Meticulous with an eye to details.
