Your new responsibilities
- Project Management for Factory MES related projects on both new and existing product
- Develop project estimates, plans and approaches to manage end-to end project execution
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Process, Product and Production Team to identify their needs
- Analyze and transform requirement (user perspective) into MES model (IT perspective) as well as developing/maintaining an overall project plan
- Partnership with IT to ensure MES System is delivered accordingly, meeting cost, time and quality
- Analysis of sophisticated product flow, so as to enable unit traceability, process correlation yield analysis, performance management, seamless integration of various UI for easy drill-down analysis
- Conduct Project Review with Stakeholder for project update

What we look for
- Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Min 10 years’ experience in IT field of Manufacturing Environment
- Min 3 years’ experience in Project Management
- Experience with the following will be added advantage: Factory MES (Promis, Consilium, Camstar) / Full system development from zero ground, covering setup (Server, Storage, VM, OS, DB, web engine), design (how information is collected, stored, transformed, presentation), development (C#, Python, PLSQL, JSP), deployment and maintenance
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to break down and solve complex problems in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with attention to details and deadlines, is enthusiastic, self-motivated with positive attitude and team-oriented
- Ability to take on multiple tasks of engaging stakeholders at all levels with excellent communications skills, both written and oral
- Ability to organize and lead meetings to drive improvement actions
