Our client specializes in e-waste recycling and IT asset services, offering comprehensive IT recycling solutions to organizations. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Representative Executive.
- Maintain timely and effective communication with clients.
- Manage daily orders, meet service level standards, and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and subcontractors to support client programs.Prepare billing reports and settlements.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Logistic is highly desirable or with Warehouse/Logistic working experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of e-waste recycling and IT asset management is a plus.

**Other Information**:
Working Hour: 8.30am-6pm (5 days, 1 Day Remote Working)

Location: Tai Seng

**Salary**: $2500 - $3500
