**Responsibilities**:
- Perform month-end closing & prepare Management reports
- Preparation of daily account bookkeeping
- Prepare bank reconciliation, GST filing, govt survey etc.
- Prepare invoices & monthly statement etc. to customers
- Follow up with customers on payment
- Other admin and ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Entry level are also welcome
- Efficiency, independent and able to work within a team
- Positive work attitude, self-starter and able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of accounting system, Ms office
- Good communications skills, and proficient in English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking customers
- Working Hours _
Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
